The Role
As a Mid-Weight Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product design process, supporting in all areas of our design studio. Supporting our leads with asset production, whilst being exposed to the latest ways of working within the industry.
We work in cross-functional teams so you will need to demonstrate experience or an interest in visual, product and UX/UI design, along with the practical & technical knowledge to support ideas.
You will have knowledge of multiple disciplines that are part of the digital products we create, therefore adaptable to the entire lifecycle of our projects.

As Mid-Weight Product Designer, you will contribute to our studio by:
Client:
* Independently Create Deliverables
* Present work regularly to the client
Craft:
* Understand the other disciplines required to create a product experience
* Consistently support more junior staff
* Solely responsible for specific deliverables
Culture:
* Engage with others within the studio
* Support each other whenever necessary
* Actively contribute to the studio culture
As a Mid-Weight Product Designer at TCS Interactive, you will be expected to:
* Create high quality deliverables ready for implementation, from presentations to final digital product application
* Efficiently produce design, UX or UI work from discussion, concepts and wireframes across multiple media and digital products
* Can work independently and in a team, to take on board direction and action effectively
* Work with technologists to ensure effectiveness and feasibility of your designs
* Encourage best practice in the studio though different mediums of design
Key Skills & Experience:
* experience in a design position within an agency or product business
* A portfolio demonstrating form and function across a variety of products
* Good understanding of design fundamentals (type, space, form)
* A high level of competence within Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
* Excellent understanding of Figma and/or Sketch
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent time management
* The ability to be able to communicate your ideas clearly
* Take on constructive criticism and use this to enhance deliverables
* A fast learner possessing a positive 'can do' attitude
