Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Part-time considered. Salary: £25,000

What We Need from Yü
Key responsibilities include:
* Negotiating with customers: Resolve overdue debts while maintaining positive relationships.
* Developing payment solutions: Understand customers’ financial situations and negotiate sustainable payment plans.
* Managing debt recovery: Progress cases efficiently, prioritize higher-risk cases, and resolve issues promptly.
* Collaborating with teams: Work with internal and external teams for a unified approach.
* Reporting: Provide accurate performance updates and reports.

Ideal candidate attributes:
* Strong Negotiation Skills: Skilled at negotiating win-win solutions and managing sensitive conversations tactfully.
* Experience: Previous roles in collections, credit control, or customer service are beneficial but not essential if you have strong negotiation skills.
* Energy Industry Knowledge: Not required but a plus; ability to understand and resolve financial issues is key.
* Communication Skills: Excellent at building rapport and working with stakeholders.
