Senior Executive Assistant (C-Suite Level) – Remote
UK-based | Remote | Full-time
About Media Confidential
Founded by Vikki Stewart in 2007, Media Confidential delivers discreet, high-level Executive Assistant support to an exceptional client base including Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, founders, and high-growth entrepreneurs.
Our clients operate at the highest levels of business, and so do we.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an outstanding, C-suite level Executive Assistant to join our team. This is not a traditional EA role — it requires a strategic, highly intuitive operator who is accustomed to working alongside senior decision-makers and managing competing priorities with absolute precision.
You will act as a true right-hand partner to multiple high-calibre clients, seamlessly integrating into their professional and personal worlds while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and delivery.
Core Responsibilities
• Complex, multi-client diary ownership across global time zones
• Strategic inbox management and stakeholder communication
• End-to-end international travel planning (often multi-leg, high complexity)
• Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison with senior stakeholders
• Supporting speaking engagements, board commitments and external events
• Managing shifting priorities with speed, accuracy and sound judgement
• Providing seamless cover across the EA team when required
About You
You are operating — or have operated — at true C-suite level. You are not task-led; you are outcome-driven. You anticipate rather than react, and you are comfortable making decisions in high-trust environments. You bring polish, pace and precision to everything you do.
Key Requirements
• 5+ years supporting C-suite or equivalent senior leadership
• Proven experience managing highly demanding, fast-moving executives
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder sensitivity
• Impeccable written and verbal communication
• Absolute discretion and professionalism
• Advanced technical proficiency (Google Workspace & Microsoft 365)
A “white glove” mindset is essential — you take ownership, elevate standards, and deliver beyond expectation.
Working Style
This role is fully remote, but not 9–5. Our clients operate globally, and flexibility is essential. You will take pride in being responsive, reliable, and consistently one step ahead.
What We Offer
• Fully remote working (equipment provided)
• 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
• A collaborative, high-performing EA team
• The opportunity to work with an exceptional and diverse client base
30 or 35 hours per week PAYE contract
Rate of pay: Between £22 and £25 per hour, subject to experience.
Interview Process
Candidates will complete a real-time skills assessment.
Successful applicants will attend a 4-day induction in Poole, Dorset (travel and accommodation covered).
This role suits an EA who sees themselves as a business partner, not a support function.
If that resonates, we’d love to hear from you.
