Our client is looking for a customer-focused Finance Temp to join their finance team. This temporary position is for 3 months.
Your new role
You will be responsible for answering email queries directed to the finance helpdesk, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficiency.
1. Responding to finance-related email queries promptly and accurately.
2. Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
3. Performing routine systems tasks within Oracle.
4. Assisting with finance-related tasks, including receivables and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
5. Supporting system administration tasks as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
1. Experience within finance, particularly in receivables and P2P processes.
2. Strong customer service skills with a focus on finance-related queries.
3. Experience with Oracle systems.
4. Any system administration experience is a significant advantage.
