Job Title: Behaviour & Inclusion Support – Rotherham

We’re working with schools across Rotherham who need brilliant support staff to help children with behavioural needs feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
Whether you’ve worked in PRUs, SEND settings, or mainstream schools, if you’ve got patience, empathy, and a good sense of humour—you might be just who they’re after.
Your day-to-day:
1. Supporting students with SEMH needs (that’s Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
2. Helping pupils self-regulate and re-engage with learning
3. Collaborating with teachers and inclusion leads
4. Providing consistent, structured support (with a few laughs along the way)
What we’re looking for:
5. Experience in schools, youth work, care, or inclusion support
6. Calm, confident, and unflappable—even on tricky days
7. Resilient and able to handle emotionally demanding situations
8. Bonus points if you’ve done Thrive training (if not, we’ll sort you out!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
