Are you an experienced client and business development professional within the legal sector and looking for a leadership role? We are currently partnering with an international law firm to recruit a Director of Client Development to lead the firms approach to winning work and managing relationships with it's clients.
This is a senior role working closely with the firm's leadership and instrumental in advancing the firm’s client-focused strategy and driving sustainable growth.
Reporting into the CMO, as Director of Client Development, you will lead a high-performing team and work closely with the regional Board and Managing Partner to shape and execute the commercial strategy for high-value clients. Your leadership will be key in motivating and guiding client relationship managers and leading and overseeing the bid function.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of influencing senior decision-makers in client development and commercial business development, with significant experience in a multinational environment within the legal sector. You should be an inspiring leader with exceptional networking skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships while driving change with confidence and strategic vision.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN THE LEGAL SECTOR IS ESSENTIAL. CANDIDATES WITHOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WILL UNFORTUNATELY NOT BE CONSIDERED.
