About the Role
Insurance Coordinator responsible for managing liability claims and complex insurance matters, providing technical expertise, stakeholder engagement within senior claims environment.
Responsibilities
* Support effective management of liability claims and insurance matters.
* Engage with internal teams, insurers, and external partners to ensure efficient and accurate claims handling.
* Operate at senior level within the claims environment, ensuring best practice.
* Provide line management responsibility.
* Work three days from home, Tuesday and Wednesday from office after training.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Liability Claims Handler in the insurance sector.
* CII Certificate (or equivalent) or commitment to obtain qualification.
* Strong experience managing large and complex claims involving multiple stakeholders.
