A forward-thinking and inclusive all-through academy in Northolt is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their primary phase from September 2026 on a full-time, one-year contract.

The Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will:
* Take full responsibility for a Year 4 class
* Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Support pupils in developing key skills in preparation for upper KS2
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with your year group and wider staff team
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
What the School Is Looking For
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 4 experience desirable)
* A warm, structured, and nurturing teaching style
* Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
* A reflective and team-oriented approach
* Commitment to the full academic year (September 2026 - July 2027)
