Job Overview
We are currently recruiting an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a busy warehouse/distribution operation in Wellesbourne. This is a full-time, temporary role offering excellent overtime rates.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a reach forklift truck safely and efficiently
* Move stock to and from storage areas, racking, and loading bays
* Load and unload goods from vehicles and containers
* Carry out daily equipment checks and basic forklift maintenance
* Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for dispatch
* Handle products carefully to maintain quality and integrity
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
* Follow all health & safety procedures and company policies
* Support general warehouse duties when required (manual handling, stock checks, etc.)
Requirements
* Valid Reach Forklift Licence (essential)
* Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment
* Good knowledge of warehouse processes and safety regulations
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* Basic computer skills desirable
