Are you an experienced and strong HR generalist with a passion for all things Reward, Compensation & Benefits?
Our client in Northampton are looking for an experienced HR professional to assist the Head of Compensation & Benefits supporting a large matrix workforce across a wide range of new and existing projects. With the overall aim of improving employee engagement and best practise across the business duties include:
* Taking the lead on annual pay, benefit & company bonus scheme partnering with key stakeholders
* Lead on annual pay gap review
* Lead on management of company benefit reviews
* Assist with salary benchmarking
* Management of company car process
* Management of company pensions scheme
* Lead on engagement survey from system admin to follow up reporting and working with wider people on recommended actions
* Talent management
* Coaching and upskilling managers to drive behaviour and performance
This is a full time permanent position offering hybrid working (3 days onsite) and some flexibility on start & finish times.
For this role we are looking for strong HR generalists who are analytically minded and either have experience leading on Reward projects. You will be able to work with data competently and be a proficient user of Excel and formulas (including VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables & large data manipulation) and any prior experience in reporting on areas such as gender pay gap or similar is also desired.
You will be an excellent communicator who is skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels and be able to deliver a true partnering HR service. You will be experienced in working in high volume fast-paced and ideally multi-site organisations and someone who is a great planner and organiser.
