Business Support Associate – Arboriculture Team Support
We are seeking a support professional with experience of the arboriculture industry to join our Business Support Team with a strong detail-oriented approach working with internal and external teams.
Based in our offices in Bordon you will play a vital role supporting Contract Managers and the Support team to ensure planned works are delivered within response targets and with relevant sign off.
Key Responsibilities
• Update internal and external databases and accurately record all information
• Raising quotes and purchase orders, liaising with contractor teams, internal and external customers
• Contract specific reporting, analysing data and working with Account Managers to ensure contractual expectations are met
• Accurately record information on the appropriate IT systems to ensure transparency and accuracy
Skills
• Experience of working in an office role within the arboriculture industry preferrable
Proficient IT skills - Excel, Outlook required
The role is Monday-Friday 9-5.30pm (40hrs) office based.
Permanent staff are able to work 2 days a week from home after probation.
During the winter period (starting Oct 2026 - April), shifts operate on a rota basis covering Earlies: 05:00 – 13:30 / Afters: 13:30 – 22:00 / Nights: 22:00 – 06:30.
Mon-Fri, the standard 40-hour working week is allocated across early, afternoon, or night shifts on a rota basis, working from home. Shifts run 7 days per week - Weekend shifts may also be required during the winter months and are arranged on an overtime basis
