This position is based in Farnham, with the opportunity to work from home. You won't be sat in the corner churning out building control applications 37 hours a week! There is a lot of variety and you will be involved in every aspect of the project, site visits and meetings with clients, consultants and contractors are essential so you will need your own vehicle. Responsibilities include Architectural design, preparation of planning applications the creation of detailed technical drawings, working and construction drawings, measured surveys, submitting and monitoring planning applications, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations. You will collaborate closely with the managing director, clients, and construction professionals to support the successful delivery of projects.QualificationsDegree in Architectural Technology and Technical Drawing, Part 3 Architect with min 2 years post qualification experience.Experience with creating accurate Working Drawings and Architectural DrawingsAbility to develop precise Construction Drawings and ensure regulatory complianceStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Archicad and Twinmotion softwareExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsProfessional accreditation or membership in a recognised architectural organisation is a plus support provided for MCIAT as required.
