We're looking for a mid-senior level UX Designer to join a leading consultancy, working on a high-impact financial services programme where clarity, usability and trust really matter.
This is a role for someone who enjoys designing within complex regulatory, financial and operational constraints - and making those systems feel simple, human and usable.
Location: Kensington, London (hybrid)

Duration: 3-6 months (potential to extend)
Rate: <£400/day, inside IR35
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading your own user research, engaging directly with users to understand complex financial workflows and pain points.
* Translating research insights into clear user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
* Designing for sophisticated B2B and internal platforms.
* Collaborating closely with product, engineering and delivery teams in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
* Working on varied, challenging initiatives where good UX has real-world impact.
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience designing complex, data-rich digital platforms (preferably financial, fintech, enterprise or regulated environments).
* Confidence planning and running user research, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
* A pragmatic, problem-solving mindset with solid end-to-end UX skills.
* The ability to balance user needs with technical, regulatory and business constraints.
