What’s the purpose of role:
Supporting our business with the food costings for menu production. You will collate, present and distribute contractual menu information and will participate in the menu presentation process ensuring accurate detail of new menu requirements is captured. This role can be based at our London Heathrow unit.
Initially we are looking to recruit on a fixed term contract for 12 months with the potential of it leading to a permanent position within the team.
