Job Description
This role is suitable for individuals with experience in Customer Services or Customer Support who thrive in delivering excellent customer service. As a 1st line IT Support Analyst, you will support pharmacy dispensers with IT issues, providing telephone support and remote assistance, logging calls, and liaising with engineers.

Responsibilities:
* Support pharmacy dispensers via telephone and remote access tools
* Log and categorize calls and emails in CRM
* Document and update the knowledge base
* Coordinate with Engineers and raise jobs for them
* Manage incidents and escalate to 2nd line support as needed
