About the role
* Work with investors, funders, developers, operators and suppliers across healthcare and social care sectors.
* Advise on acquisitions, disposals, financing, and development projects.
* Build strong client relationships and grow your own professional network.
* Play a key role in a team that\'s ambitious, supportive, and well respected.
About you
Our client are seeking a driven commercial property solicitor who\'s confident managing their own caseload and eager to contribute to a busy, successful team. Genuine career progression is on offer for the right person. Ideally, you\'ll have experience in:
* Health or social care property transactions.
* Negotiating acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold).
* Drafting reports on title, certificates of title and advice notes.
* Supporting corporate transactions (asset/share sales, due diligence).
* Development projects.
