Office work not for you? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and highly skilled Multi-trade Plasterer to join our in-house team. You will be responsible for delivering responsive repairs to our social housing stock and working as part of a friendly professional in-house workforce.
The Plasterer MTO is a multi-traded role: your first trade is plastering, and your secondary trade skills must be listed on the application or detailed in your CV. The role involves planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance and repairs to our residents.
The position requires experience in two primary trades, including Plastering, and the ability to undertake associated shadow duties from another related trade.
Responsibilities
* Deliver responsive repairs to social housing stock as part of an in-house team.
* Provide planned, cyclical and reactive maintenance and repairs.
* Utilise plastering as the primary trade with additional supported trade skills as listed in the application or CV.
* Perform shadow duties from related trades as required.
