Assistant Team Manager
42 Hours a week, 12hrs shifts - 6am-6pm / 6pm-6am
£13.00 per hour
Main Duties
1. Managing high levels of incoming calls
2. Follow correct procedures to ensure correct redirection of calls and providing relevant details as part of call transfer
3. Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with team members and others.
4. To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required.
5. Comply with IS) standards and procedures.
6. Meeting individually set KPIs.
7. Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
8. Support the Team Manager to achieve exceptional performance and quality standards.
9. To understand and comply with policies and procedures.
10. To assist your team manager in all aspects of performance in relation to productivity, quality and absence.
11. To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
12. To ensure that you approach your duties taking into consideration the principles of Best Value.
13. To assist your team manager in overseeing all service sectors within operational area
14. To undertake additional duties in line with management requests as required.

What we are looking for
18. Previous switchboard/call centre experience.
19. Previous Management experience or Leading a team.
20. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
21. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
22. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
23. Ability to manage workload to meet team deadlines.
24. A willingness to learn and develop and show high level of commitment and professionalism.
25. Applicants must have a 5-year checkable history.
26. You must successfully pass a PSNI check as per BS and BS screening as per industry standard.
