Purpose of the Role
Our Group Marketing function is core to Ocorian’s growth. We generate leads to drive revenue, create platforms for our people to develop relationships, and promote our brand reputation. You will play a pivotal role in driving client-centricity by creating and promoting a ‘One Ocorian’ value proposition to specific client segments called buyer groups.
In this role, you will shape our digital strategy, leveraging your expertise and energy to elevate our digital marketing capabilities, ensuring effective promotion of our services across digital channels.
This includes managing and optimizing the company's online presence, including the website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans aligned with company goals, enhance customer engagement, and increase brand awareness across buyer groups. Using data-driven insights and innovative tools, you will help achieve growth objectives and maintain a competitive market position.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategy and capabilities
* Manage SEO and PPC campaigns
* Oversee CMS management, development, and optimization
* Support marketing communications via webinars, email marketing, and nurturing campaigns
* Collaborate with CRM and data management teams
* Manage lead generation campaigns and website performance
* Lead website improvements and innovations
* Track and report on digital marketing channel performance
* Manage third-party digital agency relationships
* Oversee digital marketing budget

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to effectively engage target audiences and drive brand growth. It offers a significant opportunity to shape our digital future and expand our business from the outside in. The focus should be on clients and the marketplace.
* Experience: 5-10 years in digital marketing, ideally in Financial Services
* Knowledge: Familiarity with funds, regulation, compliance, capital markets, corporate services, or private clients; current digital trends
* Marketing automation: Experience with HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar tools
* CMS experience: Knowledge of Drupal, Expression Engine, WordPress, or similar
* Salesforce experience: A plus
* Analytics tools: Proficiency with GA4 and Google Search Console
* Design skills: Basic Photoshop skills are a plus
* Project management: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects using tools like Asana or Monday
* Advertising: Experience with LinkedIn Ads
* Stakeholder management: Ability to manage relationships effectively
* UX/UI: Understanding of user experience and interface design
* AI tools: Leveraging AI to enhance marketing initiatives
