Job details

* Location: Bedford, NS B4A 1B9
* Salary: $32.00 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week
* Terms: Permanent employment, Full time
* Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of one year to two years


Experience

2 years to less than 3 years

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities and Tasks

* Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
* Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions


Supervision

* 3-4 people


Computer and technology knowledge

* MS Office
* Information technology


Area of work experience

* Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury


Transportation/travel information

* Valid driver's licence
* Willing to travel
