Robert Walters is partnering with a highly respected organisation in Milton Keynes to recruit an Accounting and Financial Reporting Assistant to join their growing financial outsourcing reporting team.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
* Assisting with bank reconciliations and payment allocations
* Supporting month-end processes including accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset journals
* Managing accounts payable and receivable activities
* Resolving invoice and reconciliation queries efficiently
* Liaising directly with clients and internal stakeholders
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes
About You
1. Previous experience within finance, accounts payable, receivable, or financial reporting
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
