Your Role
As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of shaping our marketing strategy. Your leadership will drive innovation and position Soleo Health as a recognized leader in specialty pharmacy and home infusion services.
Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
Strategic Leadership & Planning
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with corporate goals.
* Lead brand evolution and market positioning within the specialty pharmacy space.
* Advise executive leadership on market trends and growth opportunities.
* Align marketing initiatives with sales and operational goals.
Team & Vendor Management
* Provide leadership and direction to the marketing team, mentoring and managing performance.
* Oversee budget planning and resource allocation.
* Develop workflows that support scalability and efficiency.
Sales Enablement
* Drive strategies that generate qualified leads and support the sales team.
* Develop training materials that address market trends and therapeutic needs.
Public Relations & Communications
* Direct the PR strategy, including media relations and executive communications.
* Oversee the creation of press releases and brand messaging.
Content Development & Digital Strategy
* Guide the creation of multi-channel content for inbound marketing.
* Oversee digital marketing strategy, including analytics and campaign performance.
* Ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
Therapeutic Program & Business Line Marketing
* Partner with leadership to develop marketing programs that support clinical offerings.
* Leverage market data to build targeted campaigns.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior-level role.
* Experience in specialty pharmacy or home infusion preferred; healthcare sector required.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
* Proven success in developing strategic marketing plans.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance and patient engagement strategies.
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing automation tools.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
