Client Relationship Manager
Reports to: Operations Manager
Role Purpose
Provide high-quality administrative and client support to Financial Advisers, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support
* Act as first point of contact for clients (phone, email, in person)
* Manage adviser diaries and coordinate meetings
* Handle client queries and maintain strong relationships
* Track and follow up on actions from client meetings
New Business Processing
* Prepare meeting packs and onboarding documents
* Submit and manage applications accurately and on time
* Liaise with clients to obtain required information
* Process trades, fund switches, and policy updates
Client Reviews
* Schedule and support review meetings
* Prepare valuation and review reports
* Maintain compliant and up-to-date client records
* Ensure follow-ups and agreed actions are completed
Administration & Systems
* Maintain CRM records and upload file notes
* Handle general admin tasks and documentation
* Process requests (e.g. surrenders, claims)
* Support team coverage and escalate risks when needed
Requirements
Essential
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
Desirable
* Experience in financial services administration
* Familiarity with CRM systems
