Role Overview:
This National Account Manager position sits within the Foodservice channel and reports directly to the Channel Director. You will take ownership of some of the UK’s largest wholesale and foodservice customers – including Brakes, Bidfood, and Booker – whilst also developing strong end‑user relationships and driving new business growth.

* Build robust customer relationships, create joint business plans, and deliver against commercial targets.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within the sector.
* Develop annual business plans to deliver sustainable growth.
* Manage trade investment effectively and evaluate promotional ROI.
* Drive cross‑functional collaboration to achieve business and customer objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager in a branded FMCG environment.
* Strong knowledge of the UK wholesale or foodservice channel.
* Experience managing high‑profile accounts and delivering growth through strategic account planning.
* Strong P&L management skills and commercial acumen.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
* A collaborative, driven mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
