Primary School Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Track and assess pupils' progress and provide targeted feedback. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, staff, and parents. Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students. Requirements for a Primary Teacher: Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification with Primary specialism. Proven experience teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2 in UK primary schools. Sound knowledge of the primary national curriculum and assessment frameworks. Ability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners. Excellent behaviour management strategies tailored to primary-aged pupils. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with young children and their families.
