Lake & Co is an independent property consultancy specialising in the search and acquisition of prime residential, commercial, and investment property on behalf of private clients. Our core focus is on the London boroughs of RBKC and Westminster, alongside select prime regional and country estate projects.
The successful candidate will be confident working in a small, professional team, supporting the Company Founder directly and contributing to the smooth, effective running of the business. This position is well suited to an experienced PA who is proactive, highly organised, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive, high-level support to the Founder across all areas of the business. Acting as a key point of coordination, the role requires strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional standards of professionalism.
The position encompasses executive support, diary and inbox management, coordination across internal and external stakeholders, and oversight of key administrative, HR, and office functions. The PA will play an integral role in enabling the Director to operate efficiently and focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities (Overview)
· Provide trusted, proactive executive support to the Director
· Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and correspondence, ensuring priorities are clearly identified and addressed
· Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communications with clients, consultants, and external partners
· Support business operations through document preparation, reporting, and administrative oversight
· Assist with HR and recruitment processes during the contract period
· Help maintain an efficient, professional office environment and act as an ambassador for the business
Experience & Skills
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PA/EA role, ideally within property, real estate, architecture, or a related professional services environment
· Confident liaising with senior stakeholders, clients, and external suppliers
· Highly organised, with excellent time management and attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Able to work independently, use initiative, and manage sensitive information with discretion
· UK driving licence preferred
