Our high-growth client is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee a premium residence. This role is ideal for retail or hospitality professionals looking to transition into an exciting and rewarding industry, where you'll play a key role in delivering a five-star living experience for their customers.
Your Role as an Assistant Manager:
* Help to oversee the full day-to-day operations of the residence, ensuring the highest standards of service.
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Help manage all aspects of building maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment.
* Work alongside a Facilities technician to ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, audits, and reports.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year' management experience within the retail or hospitality industry.
* A proven track record of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Some operational management experience.
* A natural, hands-on leader with a passion for service and customer engagement.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and financial management skills.
* A self-motivated, energetic, and solutions-focused approach.

Given it's away from retail it has a better work / life balance regarding hours and days of the week - there are 3 shift patterns Mon-Fri: 7AM - 4PM / 9AM - 6pm / 12am-9pm and 1 in 3 weekends.
