We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at our hair studio in Stratford-Upon-Avon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a salon environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

As the Salon Manager, you will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of service.
Duties
* Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high standards of service.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Mentor and train staff in all hairdressing services, including barbering, session styling.
* Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
* Implement upselling techniques to enhance client experiences and increase salon revenue.
* Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment that reflects our brand values.
