Location: Merthyr Tydfil – Hybrid,
Salary: £29,176 to £30,416 (Appointment at the bottom of the band)
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours of work: Full time – (30 hours – 4 Day Week)

As our new Community Engagement Assistant, you will help to shape and deliver MVH’s community engagement programme by working collaboratively with colleagues and communities in an asset-based way.
You’ll lead a variety of engagement activities—face-to-face and digital—aligned with MVH’s strategic priorities, focusing on strengthening existing community assets and building lasting relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Reporting to the Tenant Engagement Lead, you’ll work alongside engagement colleagues to ensure tenants have meaningful opportunities for growth and development.
