Role Overview
As a Store Colleague you will deliver the JD Group experience to customers. You will greet customers with confidence, maintain displays, keep stock replenished and support day‑to‑day store operations. This fast‑paced role offers opportunity to develop retail skills and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
* Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
* Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished, ensuring displays remain fresh and on‑brand.
* Support day‑to‑day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
* A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced, customer‑focused retail environment.
* Strong communication skills, confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow your skills in a supportive store environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.

* A genuine passion for JD’s brands, trends and the latest products.
* Proactive attitude, with confidence approaching customers to support sales opportunities.
