Interim KS1 & KS2 Resource Base Leader (September 2025 - July 2026) Competitive Daily Rate South West
Panoramic Associates are proud to be working with this mainstream Primary School to find them a highly organised and motivated teacher to lead their KS1 & KS2 Resource Bases on an interim basis from September 2025 until July 2026.
This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of up to 20 pupils with additional SEMH needs, supported by a dedicated staff team.
Working closely with the Heads of School and SENCo, you will lead inclusive, inspiring provision across both bases, while also contributing flexibly to teaching in our main school if required. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive, reflective approach are essential.
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Primary QTS
* Leadership experience
* Experience working within/managing a Resource Base
* SEMH experience desirable
