Required Skills & Qualifications

* Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively.
* Relevant sales or property-related certifications (e.g., NAEA, ARLA, or equivalent) are desirable.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region as required.
