Job Description –Administration Assistant
Reporting to: Office & Quality Manager
General Responsibilities
· Reacting positively & professionally to customer enquiries over the phone and over email.
· General spreadsheet administration – data entry into traceability & quality systems
· Generating delivery paperwork / job sheets for technicians and outgoing shipments
· Sales & Marketing – contacting potential customers about our service offerings, by phone and email
· General scanning & filing
· Cooperating with technical, quality and customer service teams and sharing information across the organisation.
· Requesting customer feedback with MS Forms
· Working with Sage 50 (training provided)
· Competent with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Invoicing
· Making Monthly Supplier payments
· Checking statements/invoices and reconciling credit card receipts from Service Technicians with statements.
· Foreign Despatches
· Follow the company's Quality Management System's procedures and protocols
· Follow the Company's Health and Safety Policy
Full training plan will be provided, however the candidate will be expected to be competent in the use of Microsoft packages, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
