Senior Account Manager – Bramley, Hampshire / WFH
£45,000 - £55,000 DOE plus benefits
We are recruiting for a great opportunity as our client a leading creative agency is looking to hire a Senior Account Manager in a hybrid permanent role. The Senior Account Manager will need exceptional organisational skills, a friendly, personable manner, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced agency environment.
As part of their Client Services team, you will support and run projects for a number of clients, both UK and globally. You will work closely with the team to ensure that jobs run smoothly and that deadlines are met. An efficient approach with excellent communication skills is essential, as is the ability to think proactively and seek out new opportunities to grow your accounts.
What skills do you need?
1. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they run to schedule and on budget.
2. Work directly with clients on day-to-day enquiries, feedback and approvals.
3. Raising quotes and discussing them with clients, liaising with suppliers.
4. Work with the creative team to brief and monitor project progress through the studio.
5. Supporting clients and identifying opportunities for business growth.
6. Help prepare and participate in presentations and pitches to clients.
What experience do you need?
You should be confident, diligent, and super-organised with a friendly, approachable manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to multitask and prioritise is vital as you’ll be handling multiple projects simultaneously. You should have experience in account management for a design or industry-related company.
The key ingredient is energy — someone who brings passion, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude to every project, ensuring clients are consistently delighted with the final outcome. You will also play a key role in supporting their strategic and commercial growth by identifying opportunities to expand client accounts and contributing to revenue targets through smart, insight-led recommendations.
