Estimator – Residential Construction – Ascot Location: Ascot (projects in Virginia Water, Windlesham, Sunningdale, and nearby areas) Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (or equivalent day rate – freelance considered) company car, bonus Role Type: Full-Time | Permanent or Freelance A highly respected, family-run residential developer is currently seeking an Estimator join their small but ambitious team. With a turnover of around £4M and a track record of delivering bespoke homes and high-end one-off builds, they offer a unique opportunity for a capable and detail-driven Estimator to make a real impact. This role is ideally suited to an Estimator who is confident pricing projects ranging from £250K to £3M, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and looking for something more personal than the typical corporate environment.
