Join a globally operating technical manufacturing company with a UK base in South Nottingham. We’re looking for an Internal Sales Representative to manage and grow key customer accounts across Northern, Western, and Southern Europe, as well as South Africa.
This is a hybrid working position, so you’ll ideally live within a commutable distance of South Nottingham.
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of customer relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and work closely with technical and commercial teams to deliver first-class service. You’ll be part of a business that values initiative, teamwork, and long-term career growth.

£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary
Annual bonus of approx. £10,000 (based on targets)
Hybrid working (50/50 home and office) (set office are Tuesday & Wednesday)

Internal Sales Representative Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts across international territories
Identify and develop new opportunities to increase sales revenue
Provide technical and commercial input for quotation and project support
Work collaboratively with engineering, purchasing, and sales support teams
Update and maintain CRM records (Salesforce experience desirable)
Follow structured territory and account management strategies
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in B2B technical sales or account management
Background in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial sales
Degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Confident decision-maker who aligns with company strategy and objectives
French speaking would be highly advantageous, but not essential
