Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Lasting Power of Attorney Sales Agent. The Sales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing legal advice on Lasting Power of Attorney, negotiating terms, and closing sales. Daily tasks include conducting research, advising clients, and ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and complete. The role offers high commissions and flexible working hours.
Qualifications
* Experience in Law and providing Legal Advice
* Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
* Strong Research skills
* Proven ability in Negotiation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or related field
