* Pay: Competitive Basic Salary
* Hours of Work: Day Shift – 35.25 hours per week
* Week One: Mon – Wed (06:05‑17:50) – 11.75 hrs per day
* Week Two: Thu – Sat (06:05‑17:50) – 11.75 hrs per day

Job Role
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for setting and operating advanced CNC turn/mill machining centres within a precision engineering environment. Duties include setting multi‑axis CNC machinery, interpreting technical drawings, performing quality checks using hard gauging and CMM equipment, and ensuring all components meet strict engineering standards. The role primarily involves working with Mazak Integrex machines to produce high‑quality components from stainless steels and heat‑resistant super alloys to extremely fine tolerances.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
* Previous experience working as a Manufacturing Technician or in a similar precision engineering role
* Experience of twin turret machining
* Strong knowledge of Mazatrol Smooth controls
* Previous experience working with Mazak CNC machinery
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
* NVQ / City & Guilds qualification or equivalent in a relevant mechanical engineering discipline, preferably within manufacturing engineering
* Previous experience with a Mazak Integrex machine
* Ability to programme CNC machines
Additional Information
