What You will be doing Taking full ownership of external reporting including multiple sets of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy, deadlines and IFRS and FRS adherence. Challenging and supporting the wider finance function to maintain integrity and precision across financial control, data and internal compliance Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors to ensure transparent and compliant reporting. Lead a team of 4 and drive improvements across the function. About You You must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a genuine love for accounts, detail, and financial accuracy. You have strong hands-on experience in financial control and reporting, with solid knowledge of IFRS. Confident leading a team and building trusted, influential relationships with senior leaders and external partners. You have a solid grasp of accounting standards, governance frameworks, and a keen eye for detail.
