The role What will you be doing? 13 Service Delivery Manager Hybrid -Basingstoke or Dorking 3 days a week minimum 12-month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover) What will you bring? We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to act as a key liaison between IT functions and the business, ensuring the successful delivery of service across our organisation. You'll be a strong and credible technical subject matter expert, providing technical input within their area of responsibility and supporting project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain exceptional service support across internal IT teams and external third party suppliers. - Ensure all service partners meet business needs and operate in line with published service expectations. - Oversee service support and delivery processes to enable a seamless customer experience. - Thrive in problem solving and demonstrate confidence working with ambiguity. - Drive improvements through to full resolution with persistence and ownership. - Manage and influence a wide range of stakeholders effectively. - Monitor and manage service levels and supplier performance. - Apply strong service reporting disciplines, including service management reporting and post incident reviews. - Champion continuous improvement across all service support and delivery areas.
