This role is ideal for an HLTA who thrives on flexibility and enjoys working across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and early Key Stage 2, supporting children at the very start of their education journey. You will be a trusted and familiar presence throughout the school, providing high-quality cover for PPA and leadership time, while ensuring continuity, calm, and strong learning routines.
The Role
As an HLTA, you will:
• Deliver confident cover supervision from Nursery through to Year 2
• Support and deliver high-quality phonics provision, helping children develop early reading skills
• Build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils and staff
• Support positive behaviour and wellbeing, including during lunchtimes
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
