A thriving school in Thirsk is looking for an Upper KS2 Teacher who can inspire and motivate pupils as they prepare for secondary school. This is ideal for someone who enjoys developing independence and higher-level thinking in learners.
What you’ll be doing
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
• Supporting pupils with SATs preparation in a calm, structured way
• Encouraging problem solving, collaboration and resilience
• Using assessment to guide targeted support
• Creating a positive learning atmosphere where pupils thrive
