Join our growing Mortgage Product team as an Assistant Product Manager!
In this role within Mortgages & Financial Wellbeing, you'll collaborate with pricing teams and stakeholders to deliver product changes across our Owner Occupier and Landlord mortgage brands. You'll investigate product development opportunities, analyze findings, and present them to the propositional development team.
As you gain experience, you'll become a subject matter expert (SME) on all things product-related. You'll lead product changes and development, manage product incidents and policy queries, and play a key role in a fast-paced environment.
We offer hybrid working, supporting collaboration and home working. You will spend at least two days per week at our Northampton, Swindon, or Bournemouth office, or 40% of your time if part-time. Further details will be provided upon hiring.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Collaborate with pricing and propositional teams to establish delivery timelines
* Oversee the mortgage product delivery process from proposal to customer selection
* Communicate with stakeholders about changes and progress
* Lead and assign tasks to junior team members
* Maintain documentation aligned with the change framework
* Identify and resolve issues or incidents
* Partner with development teams to explore and validate product change ideas
* Present findings and recommendations to management
* Address mortgage policy inquiries
* Assist auditors during control testing
About You
The Minimum Requirements
* Experience in change and implementation management
* Knowledge of risk and control management
* Stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in Excel and formulas for data analysis
* Experience with PowerBi dashboards
* Mentoring junior team members
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
