We are currently recruiting for a Temp to Perm Production Administrator on behalf of our client based in Basford, Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is immediately available and looking to secure a long-term position within a busy and supportive environment.
Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator looking for a varied role within a production environment?
Key Responsibilities:
• Logging product testing results for materials and manufactured products
• Completing manufacturing batch cards and maintaining accurate traceability records
• Carrying out detailed traceability studies when required
• Generating and sending Certificates of Analysis
• Logging supplier Certificates of Analysis and following up on outstanding documentation
• Creating work orders and product labels in line with the production schedule
• Supporting with additional administration duties across the department
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with quality standards
• Operating within company Quality Assurance procedures at all times
About You:
• Previous administration experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with documentation and data entry
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• A proactive and reliable team player
