Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it). Strong knowledge of safeguarding and childrens legislation. Proven leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on approach. Experience managing budgets effectively. A full UK driving licence. Flexibility to work on-call when required.
