This role goes beyond traditional programme delivery, its about leading change, shaping cyber culture, and embedding resilience across ScottishPower. You’ll ensure Cyber Security initiatives align with business objectives, considering business impact, culture transformation, managing resources, and supporting the maintenance of our compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role will be accountable for the delivery of the Transformation Programme, while fostering a cyber aware culture, liaising with key stakeholders globally, working with key strategic third parties, and managing the budget associated with the delivery. ***What you’ll be doing***The Programme Manager will develop and execute comprehensive Cyber Security Culture Programs across ScottishPower to continue enhancing our security posture. You’ll be accountable for ensuring that Cyber Security initiatives align with our business requirements and support the maintenance of our compliance with industry standards and regulations. Part of the role will involve leading a project change team to successfully deliver projects, providing guidance, support, awareness and mentorship. You’ll develop and create business cases to secure investment for strategic projects. You’ll manage the delivery of security enhancements and new tools using project management methodologies, defining, and developing security standards and best practices throughout. You’ll oversee audit activities (internal, external and those undertaken by 3rd parties on behalf of regulatory bodies) to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations, making improvements where needed. You'll lead cross-business change programs that embed cyber resilience into business operations and culture. The role will involve providing additional support in the form of consultancy, documentation, and security recommendations to the senior management team ***What you’ll bring**** Experience in Senior Programme Management (within IT, Tech, Digital or Cyber transformation programmes)* Experience in delivering complex projects* Proven experience in leading business change and transformation programmes.* Stakeholder Management experience* Reporting experience* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical people.* Leadership experience, with a track record of delivering projects, with a high level of accountability.***What's in it for you***As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
