As a Home Straight Coordinator, you’ll support tenants across the Dover District who are experiencing hoarding behaviours—helping them regain safety, confidence and control over their homes and wellbeing. This is a deeply rewarding role where every day you’ll empower vulnerable individuals to take positive steps forward.
You’ll build trusted relationships, carry out person‑centred assessments, coordinate tailored support plans, and work closely with partner agencies to reduce risks and improve quality of life.
