About Our Client

Job Description
* Provide first-line IT support to staff and stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software problems across various devices and systems.
* Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
* Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in person, maintaining a high level of customer service.
* Document and track reported issues and solutions using the organisation's ticketing system.
* Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security protocols.
* Support the Technology department in implementing new IT initiatives and upgrades.
* Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT systems and tools.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Support professional should have:
* Practical knowledge of troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
* Experience using IT ticketing systems to manage support requests effectively.
* An understanding of IT security and data protection principles.
* The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
