Working Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with occasional Saturday working

What You’ll Do:
* Handle incoming service queries with clarity and technical confidence
* Authorise repairs, manage costs, and push for compliance & efficiency
* Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Network teams
* Influence process improvements and drive smart commercial decisions
* Communicate service outcomes simply and effectively
What will I be doing?
Who You Are:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* Experienced in service resolution and vehicle repair networks
* A natural problem-solver and strong communicator
* Able to analyse data, manage cost vs. margin, and adapt fast
* Skilled in MS Office and confident navigating service legislation
