The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, youll:
* Source, screen and interview top tech talent
* Write and post compelling job adverts
* Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
* Manage the recruitment process from first contact to job offer
* Negotiate and close deals, earning commission on every placement
What Were Looking For
* Recent graduate (degree preferred but not essential)
* Confident communicator with excellent people skills
* Ambitious, competitive and motivated by success
* Well-organised, proactive and resilient under pressure
* Interest in technology or previous sales experience is a plus
